Traffic on U.S. Highway 12 muddled through another late afternoon downpour that brought Tuesday’s rainfall in Willmar at 5 p.m. to about one inch. Unconfirmed reports in east Willmar indicated there was up to 3 inches of rain around 8 p.m. Tuesday. (RAND MIDDLETON | TRIBUNE)
