The Rev. Michael Laidlaw leads Overcomers International Fellowship, which operates facilities in Willmar and St. Cloud for men who need specialized housing. These homeless men may have physical disabilities, mental health concerns, chemical dependency problems or be trying to re-enter society after serving a sentence.
