Inver Grove Heights

September 17, 2017
A March 23, 1999, file photo of a roadside marker along U.S. 52 in Inver Grove Heights, Minn. that located the site of Medicine Bottles' Village, later renamed Pine Bend. Around 2004, when a bridge and interchange were built at 117th Street, the marker was taken down brick by brick — and stashed away. Now the county is working on resurrecting the Pine Bend Historical Marker. Craig Borck / St. Paul Pioneer Press File Photo
