Among the remodeling projects yet to be completed within the Willmar School District are improvements at Roosevelt Elementary. The outdated media center will be redone, with new paint, carpeting and movable furniture. A wall in the middle of the school office will be taken out to provide more efficient space, and a wall will be removed between two classrooms to create a collaborative space, similar to collaborative learning areas at the new Lakeland Elementary building.
