Mary Carlson, 10, of Willmar, right, watches Thursday as her twin sister, Michelle, gets her hair cut at the JCPenney salon at the Kandi Mall in Willmar. The twins both underwent hair cuts, with the trimmings to be donated to Locks of Love. Their hair will be used to make wigs for those who have lost their hair due to illness or treatment.
