t9.14.17  Bob King -- A water protestor is taken away in handcuffs after he was freed from being chained to his car outside the entrance of Michel's, a contractor for Enbridge, in Superior Thursday morning. Canemilk locked himself to the bumper of his car; Douglas County Sheriff's workers took about two hours to cut through his locks and free him. Bob King / rking@duluthnews.com
