A Spicer woman faces charges after fleeing a Minnesota state trooper in New London and driving into a pond. Lorraine Curtiss, 54, was eastbound on 153rd Avenue North-east in New London at 3:55 p.m. Tuesday, when her 1993 Acura veered into the pond.
