The stained glass, pews and even a body buried under the altar come with the sale of St. Paul’s Church-on-the-Hill. The Episcopal church closed last year due to dwindling attendance. Whoever buys it can’t be tear down the sanctuary, because the structure is protected from alterations to the exterior as part of both a national and a city historical preservation district.
