Leland Davidson, 95, of Centralia, Wash., displays his certificate of citizenship after he took part in a ceremony to award his certificate of U.S. citizenship in Seattle. Leland was born in Canada to parents who were both citizens, but until now, his U.S. citizenship had not been formally documented.
