A  van traveling down the U.S. Highway 12 bridge jumped the curb and bumped into  a pine tree at the corner of 11th Street Southwest and Litchfield Avenue SW shortly after 9 a.m. Wednesday making roads slippery. No one was hurt; the van sustained damage to the bumper and grill. Snow began falling in Willmar around 8:30 a.m. A mix of rain/snow is predicted throughout the day. Tribune photo by Rand Middleton
