This map of Willmar shows the areas where registered sex offenders would be not be allowed to live if a residency restriction ordinance is approved by the city council. No registered sex offenders would be allowed to live within the blue shaded areas, which show a 500-foot area around all places of worship, schools, parks, public playgrounds and licensed day care facilities.
