Willmar Civic Center facility manager Kevin Madsen, shown at county fair on Thursday with the Willmar Curling Club's new promotion trailer, has reason to smile. The club was notified this week that U.S. Curling Association has selected Willmar and the Blue Line Center as the site of the 2013 Mixed Nationals Championships.
