Renville County Ditch 66 is running high as it leaves Olivia in this Tuesday photograph. The Renville County Board of Commissioners, acting as the ditch authority, approved a $548,271 bid by Groundwater Management of Brewster to repair the ditch, which had been upgraded and rerouted in 1998 at a cost of $2.2 million.
