The North Business 71 bike and pedestrian path this summer will have a new surface. An overlay on nearly 4,500 feet of the path -- from Robbins Island to the parking lot of the former Kandiyohi Power Cooperative lot -- is one of the annual improvements approved Monday by the Willmar City Council.
