SEVEN LAKES, N.C. -- Dr. Jon Roy Standahl, 65, died Friday at his home. The service will be at 2 p.m. today at West End Presbyterian Church in West End, N.C. Arrangements are by Boles Funeral Home of Seven Lakes, N.C. Memorials are preferred to West End Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 13, West End, NC 27376 or to The Salvation Army, 615 Slaters Lane, Alexandria, VA 22314. He is survived by his wife: Shirley Paschal Standahl; three children, to include a son: Bergin, of Milan; a step-daughter, two siblings; three grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.
LITCHFIELD -- Mildred Lucille Peterson, 91, of Grove City died Friday at Emmanuel Home in Litchfield. The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Grove City. Interment will be in Lake Ripley Cemetery in Litchfield. Visitation is one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the church. She was born Aug. 21, 1917, in Harvey Township, Meeker County, to Ralph and Esther (Nelson) Larson. She grew up and received her education in Litchfield. She married Arthur Clarence Peterson on May 12, 1937, in Cosmos. They farmed in the rural Cosmos and Litchfield areas.
CLARKFIELD -- Agnes I. Voss, 70, of Clarkfield died Thursday at her home. The service will be at 10:30 a.m. today at Zion Lutheran Church in Tyro Township, Yellow Medicine County. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation was Sunday at Lynner Funeral Home in Clarkfield. She was born May 22, 1938, in Montevideo to William and Carrie Amanda (Tvedt) Anderson. She graduated from Appleton High School in 1956 and from the Willmar School of Practical Nursing in 1957. She worked as an nurse in Montevideo until 1959. She married Donald James Voss on Aug.
BENSON -- Roy Evrend Benham, 94, of Benson died Saturday at Swift County-Benson Hospital. The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Zniewski Funeral Home in Benson. Burial will be in Benson City Cemetery. Visitation is for one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the funeral home. He was born May 27, 1914, in Montevideo to Herbert and Anna Mae Mitchell Benham. He grew up in the Montevideo area and attended grade school there. At the age of 15, the family moved to a farm north of Danvers.
MADISON -- Signe G. Weniger, 89, of Madison, died Tuesday at the Madison Lutheran Home. The service will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Madison Lutheran Home Chapel. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service. She was born May 13, 1919, in Bergen, Norway, to Conrad and Johanna (Wiik) Nelson. She moved to the U.S. and settled near Dawson in 1926. She graduated from the Dawson High School in 1938. She married Kenneth Weniger on Aug. 11, 1940, in Dawson.
MILTON, Wis. -- Anne Marie Wanke, 98, of Milton,Wis., died Aug. 21 at her home. Services were Aug. 26 at Hope Lutheran Church in Milton. Burial was in Milton Cemetery. She was born Oct. 20, 1909 in Renville County to Frederick and Martha (Pockrandt) Toltzmann. She graduated as valedictorian of the Class of 1928 from Danube High School. She attended Renville Normal School and was an elementary teacher at various schools in Renville County. She was a charter member of the Danube American Legion Auxiliary. She married Clarence Wanke on Sept. 25, 1938.
LUCAN -- Florine "Toots" Dorothy Miller, 87, formerly of Redwood Falls and Lucan, died Wednesday at her home in Mankato. The services will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lucan. Burial will be in Crestlawn Gardens in Redwood Falls. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the Redwood Valley Funeral Home in Redwood Falls and for one hour prior to services at the church. Memorials are preferred to Trinity Lutheran Church. She was born March 1, 1921, in Sheridan Township, Redwood County, to Clyde and Agnes (Fuhr) Davis.

LAKE LILLIAN -- Stanley Fred Lundgren, 88, of Lake Lillian, died Monday at Rice Care Center in Willmar. The service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Blomkest Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Peterson Brothers Funeral Home in Willmar and one hour prior to the service Saturday at the church. He was born Feb. 28, 1920, on the family farm near Svea to Albert and Ella (Anderstrom) Lundgren. He attended country school in District 68 near Svea. In 1941, he was drafted and served overseas in the Pacific Theater in the U.S.
WILLMAR -- Delna Edna Slavick, 78, of Fort Collins, Colo., formerly of Willmar, died Aug. 26 at a care facility in Fort Collins. The service will be at 11 a.m. Sept. 20 at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Willmar. Memorials are preferred to Redeemer Lutheran Church memorial fund or Compassionate Care in Willmar. Arrangements are by Goes Funeral Care of Fort Collins, Colo. She was born Nov. 8, 1929, in Willmar to Carl and Selma (Kremin) Ehrreich. She graduated from Willmar High School in 1946. She married Allen "Check" Slavick on June 12, 1949, in Willmar.
