Both incidents happened in southeast Willmar. One of the reports involved a car parked in the 800 block of Johanna Avenue Southeast. The damage apparently took place sometime after midnight Sunday. The other was reported in the 700 block of Ninth Street Southeast and was believed to have happened after 10 p.m. Sunday.

OLIVIA — Draft reports that address pollution issues in the Hawk Creek Watershed are now available for review on the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency's website. The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency is accepting public comments on the reports until 4:30 p.m. June 21. The Watershed Restoration and Protection Strategy and Total Maximum Daily Load reports identified impairments due to excessive amounts of bacteria associated with human and animal wastes and excessive nutrients.

The Minnesota State Patrol said a 2011 Buick LaCrosse was westbound on state Highway 19, stopped at a stop sign and then pulled out in front of oncoming traffic. The vehicle was struck by a northbound 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Lisa Marie Ennenga-Casey, 53, of Jeffers.
