Crystal Ammermann and Reed Schneider, both of Minneapolis, are engaged to be married Aug. 6 at Prairie Woods Environmental Learning Center in Spicer.
Ammermann is the daughter of Dennis and Nancy Ammermann of Clara City and Rose Day of Raymond.
She is a 1997 graduate of MACCRAY High School in Clara City and a 2003 graduate of Minnesota State University in Mankato with degrees in sculpture and art education. She is employed by Hope Academy in Minneapolis as an art teacher and also is employed as an in-home care provider.
Schneider is the son of Randy and Raynele Schneider of Coon Rapids.
He is a 1998 graduate of Coon Rapids High School and a 2002 graduate of Bethel University in St. Paul with a degree in economics. He is employed by Goodrich Corporation in Burnsville in customer sales and support.
