WILLMAR — Andrew Schlangen has joined Jennie-O Turkey Store’s engineering team as an associate maintenance engineer, according to a Jennie-O Turkey Store news release.
In his new role, Schlangen will be supervising a group of 12 maintenance personnel who perform general plant maintenance. His duties also will include designing and implementing improvements in plant efficiency and overseeing the treatment plant to ensure proper waste disposal.
Originally from Eden Valley, Schlangen graduated from North Dakota State University in Fargo where he majored in agricultural and biosystems engineering.
