Ben Dolan joins Mid-Minnesota Development Commission
Ben Dolan has joined the Mid-Minnesota Development Commission's regional development team, according to a news release from the commission.
WILLMAR — Ben Dolan has joined the Mid-Minnesota Development Commission's regional development team as a community planner, according to a news release from the regional development commission serving the four counties of Kandiyohi, McLeod, Meeker and Renville
Most recently, Dolan served, via a contracted organization, as the community and economic development director for the city of Montevideo. While there, his work focused on building and improving the community through child care, housing, business development and tourism. Dolan also has a background in law and served for a number of years as both a judicial law clerk and a law firm associate.
Dolan is a graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University Marshall and holds a bachelor's degree in political science. He is also a graduate of the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law in Vermillion and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in advocacy and political leadership from Metropolitan State University
Dolan was born and raised in Appleton, Minnesota.
