Ulferts joins Rice Home Medical

WILLMAR -- Jill Ulferts has been hired by Rice Home Medical LLC as clinical support technician at the Willmar location, 1033 19th Ave. S.W. Rice Home Medical is a medical equipment company that sells and rents equipment and supplies for the home.

Ulferts received her A.A.S. degree in medical administration in May 2007 and a diploma in medical coding in 2008 from Ridgewater College. She has 10 years of experience in payroll and human resources and 10 years in office management. She is married and has two children.

Landgaard heads financial aid at Minnesota West

WORTHINGTON -- Jodi Landgaard has been appointed financial aid director for Minnesota West Community and Technical College for the five campuses including the Granite Falls site. She began her duties Monday.

She will promote access and develop and administer college financial aid programs. Landgaard received her undergraduate degree from Dakota Wesleyan University and her master's in business administration from the University of South Dakota.

She previously served as a corporate trainer and project coordinator for Prairie Holdings Group and served as an adjunct business faculty member and student senate advisor for the Worthington campus.
