WILLMAR -- David A. Hess recently joined Conway, Deuth and Schmiesing Administrative Services in Willmar as a third-party administrator.
He has more than 12 years of experience working in the retirement plan industry. Most recently, he worked for Alerus Retirement Solutions.
Hess attended Brainerd Community College and received an associate of arts degree. He resides in Spicer.
