WILLMAR — CDS Administrative Services LLC merged on Dec. 1, 2021, with its parent company, Conway, Deuth & Schmiesing PLLP , according to a news release from the company.
Clients will continue to receive the same service from the current third-party administrative team. This niche area is now identified as the benefit plan administration division.
This division of the accounting firm offers personalized support, service and consulting for cafeteria plans, health savings accounts, health reimbursement accounts, and retirement plans, COBRA administration and a human resources tool called HR On-Demand.
