WILLMAR — Christianson PLLP has announced that it has merged in DM Hoffbeck PLLC effective Jan. 1, 2023, according to a news release from Christianson, a certified public accounting and consulting firm.
The merger "combines the best attributes" of two firms in west central Minnesota to provide more quality services to the client base and more opportunities for current and future team members, according to the release.
Dennis Hoffbeck and his team will join the service providers of Christianson PLLP, which serves regional and national clients with traditional auditing and accounting, as well as tax strategy and consulting.
Christianson, with offices in Willmar, Litchfield and Paynesville, will retain the current offices and staff of DM Hoffbeck in Fairfax, Morgan and Redwood Falls.
Efforts are being made to fully integrate the two companies, according to the news release.
