Custom Roto-Mold and KMS High School partnered together to bring real world working experiences to students.

BENSON — Students taking the computer-aided drafting course at Kerhoven-Murdock-Sunburg High School have been getting some real-world experience as the high school and Custom Roto-Mold of Benson have teamed up to help the class with projects.

The KMS students will be taking an existing hand-manufactured product of CRM and creating an automated process so the product can be trimmed on a 5-Axis CNC machine. The students will be working on three different projects.

KMS will be getting a CNC plasma cutter, which will allow students to experience fabricating and welding steel.
