WILLMAR — Darla Bajari has joined the Mid-Minnesota Development Commission's finance team, according to a news release from the regional development commission serving the four counties of Kandiyohi, McLeod, Meeker and Renville.

Bajari brings finance-related skills and experience to her new finance and office manager role. She will be training alongside current Finance Director Sue Gimse, who will retire sometime this year.

Bajari has experience with departmental oversight, accounting, budgeting, billing, human resources, finance management and customer service. While much of this experience comes from her previous finance manager and office manager roles at Renville-Sibley Cooperative Power, Brown County Rural Electric Association and Kandiyohi Power Cooperative, Bajari has additional office manager experience from the private sector, most recently from her role at JB Transport.

Bajari lives with her husband, John, and one son north of New London. She also has two grown daughters and a granddaughter.
