HECTOR-Discount retailer Dollar General is opening a new store in Hector.
The new store at 751 Highway Avenue East will employ approximately six to 10 people.
The retailer offers a wide assortment of merchandise, including food, housewares, apparel and health and beauty products.
The Hector store will celebrate a grand opening July 30.
