WILLMAR — Co-owner Jason Dowdey of Weichert, Realtors — Tower Properties of Willmar successfully completed the Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Inc. Leadership Academy training, a top-level program for real estate leadership training.
According to a news release from the company, the Weichert Leadership Academy is a week-long management training session held two to three times a year. Attendees include recently or soon-to-be franchised offices, new managers of existing or new branch offices, as well as any existing owners/managers interested in taking a refresher course.
