LITCHFIELD - Family Fare Supermarket in Litchfield has undergone a $100,000 upgrade. The store now includes Fast Lane, an online grocery shopping program; a loyalty rewards program; the addition of SpartanNash private brands; a welcome center and the installation of a flag pole outside. Both the interior and exterior of the store have been updated.
The store formerly did business under the Econofoods brand. SpartanNash owns 86 Family Fares across six states.
A grand opening was held on Oct. 11.
