WILLMAR - RELCO has promoted Jesse Forbrook to the position of construction manager. He will oversee the scheduling and coordinating of the resources needed at each construction site.
Forbrook started at RELCO in 2006 as a field installer and then was promoted to a construction supervisor role in 2012.
He graduated from Ridgewater College's welding program and now lives in Belgrade.
