WILLMAR - Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Services has a new administrator, Michael Gallagher.
A state-operated facility, Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Services provides inpatient psychiatric hospital services for youth in need of crisis stabilization, comprehensive assessment and intensive treatment of specialized mental health conditions.
Gallagher has years of experience in children's mental health. He previously held the position of director of day services and program development of Catholic Charities of St. Cloud. He is also a licensed attorney.
