WILLMAR - Glacial Ridge Realty, a new full service real estate office, has opened in Willmar. The new business is owned and operated by Daniel Tempel, and is located in the Apple Tree Square at 1601 Highway 12 East.
Glacial Ridge will offer customers residential and commercial real estate services and is currently building a real estate team to serve the Willmar Lakes Area.
Tempel, a Willmar native, earned a bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University and a master's degree from Metropolitan State University. He has over 30 years experience in the real estate business. He has also founded several real estate businesses including Granite City Real Estate in St. Cloud and Tampa Bay Realty Partners and Tempel Real Estate Services in Tampa, Florida.
Tempel is a member of the West Central Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Minnesota Association of Realtors, Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors and Kiwanis.
