WILLMAR — A new store has opened at the Kandi Mall in Willmar.
Glow By J Boutique, owned by Jacqueline Samayoa, offers makeup, skin care products and clothes. The store works with local and regional artists to provide customers with unique offerings.
Glow By J will provide customers with makeup services and sell the Glo skincare line of products.
Samayoa worked as the Estee Lauder manager at the Willmar Herberger's and was a nail boutique owner in Salt Lake City.
