NEW LONDON — Janae Olson has been hired as head of corporate development by Dahmes Stainless Inc., according to a news release from the company.
In her new role with the custom spray dryer manufacturing firm in New London, Olson will be focused on enhancing the company’s brand awareness, recruitment, developing employee engagement initiatives and creating organizational systems to ensure operations effectiveness.
Prior to joining Dahmes, Olson served in several capacities for RELCO, a manufacturing and engineering firm in Willmar, most recently as the company’s organizational development and communications director.
Olson has worked at DI Labs, a Spicer-based product development and additive manufacturing firm in a client success and business growth role. In addition, Olson served in marketing roles within the health care and information technology industries for nearly a decade.
