Job Service honors Willmar woman

WILLMAR - Marian Bloom of Willmar was recognized as the 2014 state Job Service employee of the year at the state Department of Employment and Economic Development’s 2014 joint counselor training in June in Rochester.
Bloom has been a Job Service employee for 38 years. The award recognizes Bloom’s contribution to Job Service at the Willmar Workforce Center and statewide.
