The Minnesota Department of Transportation's District 8 Office in Willmar on Tuesday officially opened the recently completed U-turn, no-left-turn intersection at Business 71, Kandiyohi County Road 24/23rd Street Northeast near the Health and Human Services Building.

While the modifications to the intersection are new, some people have already formed an opinion about the changes, which they shared on the Tribune's Facebook page when asked what they think of the setup.

"The first crash will likely happen today. It is the most confusing thing I have ever seen,"Leah Fernelius wrote Tuesday.

Andrew Nordin's opinion wasn't positive either. "love" that I won't be able to turn left into Willmar now. or go straight out 26th to the College," he wrote.
