MONTEVIDEO - The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency has fined T.A. Lauritsen Septic and Drain Inc., of Montevideo, $8,000 for subsurface sewage treatment system violations.
The fine was among 39 completed enforcement cases in the third quarter, with penalties totaling over $203,000.
There are also 37 ongoing enforcement investigations, 17 of them newly opened in the third quarter.
