NEW LONDON — Willow Creek Counseling of New London announced that Claudette Larson has been appointed to the State Advisory Council on Mental Health, according to a Willow Creek Counseling news release.
The council, appointed by Minnesota's governor, is charged with making recommendations to the governor, the Legislature and state departments on mental health policies, programs and services.
Larson holds a master's of social welfare, is a licensed independent clinical social worker and is a registered play therapist.
