WILLMAR - Stylist Charlotte Alonso is now accepting appointments at Salon Nouveau in Willmar.
A graduate of Ridgewater College with five years of experience, Alonso offers cuts, colors, keratin treatment and waxing. She is currently working to achieve her certification for health touch and reiki.
