WILLMAR — Dustin Pflipsen was promoted to supply chain director and member of the RELCO executive team at the start of this year, according to a news release from the Willmar engineering and manufacturing company.
Pflipsen has more than 28 years of food and dairy industry experience. Prior to joining RELCO, he worked for Sun Opta Ingredients as a maintenance and parts manager.
Originally, Pflipsen joined RELCO as a project engineer in 2000 before moving on to become estimating manager and then engineering manager for the Willmar office. He was then named general manager in 2017.
“Dustin is a prime example of how RELCO promotes from within when the person is the right fit,” RELCO President Steve Ennenga said in the news release.
As supply chain director, Pfilpsen will provide strategic leadership and day-to-day direction to the purchasing, estimating and aftermarket teams.
