WILLMAR — Randy Dooley, owner of Dooley’s Petroleum, has been recognized as a “Patriotic Employer” by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, a program of the U.S. Department of Defense to promote cooperation and understanding between service members and their civilian employers.
Dooley was nominated by Tim Milo, a Dooley’s Petroleum employee and a member of the Minnesota National Guard.
Milo nominated Dooley for the award because of Dooley's constant support when Milo has had to take off work for the National Guard.
Milo presented the award June 29 after returning home that day from a recent statewide deployment.
