WILLMAR -- The latest business in Willmar to get an upgrade is Arby's, located on First Street South, next to Target.

The restaurant has been closed for the past few weeks, as both the interior and exterior of the store gets a massive upgrade. According to the sign at the store, Arby's is scheduled to reopen with its new look on Monday.

Arby's has been remodeling hundreds of its stores since 2014 when it first introduced the Inspire design. The design includes wood tones, white brick, subway tiles, stainless steel finishes, chalkboard graphics, upgraded lights and landscape and a new sign, according to Arby's Franchising.

The company said on its website that remodeled stores see an increase in sales of about 10 to 12 percent.

Arby's was founded in 1964 in Boardman, Ohio. Today, the restaurant chain, owned by Inspire Brands, has over 3,400 stores in several countries.
