WILLMAR — Sierra Stephens has been promoted to senior payroll specialist by Conway, Deuth & Schmeising in Willmar, according to a news release.
She specializes in assisting clients with the preparation of their payrolls, tax deposits, quarterly and year-end payroll reports, and W-2 forms.
She joined the accounting firm in 2017.
Prior to her employment there, Stephens worked in client service for more than 11 years.
She graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Detroit Lakes with a payroll specialist diploma.

Stephens and her husband, AJ, reside in Willmar.
