WILLMAR — The Minnesota Department of Transportation is encouraging community members to attend a virtual open house for the U.S. Highway 75 resurfacing project.
Highway 75 and state Highway 40 in Madison will be resurfaced in 2023. In addition to pavement work, sidewalks and pedestrian crossings will be updated to meet current Americans with Disabilities standards. Benefits of the project include a smoother road surface and improvements for people who walk and bike.
MnDOT is hosting virtual open houses due to COVID-19 but continues to provide public engagement..
The virtual open house is available at hwy75hwy40madison.com. Community members are invited to attend as it is convenient for them. For those who do not wish to get information virtually, information is available at the city office building at 406 Sixth Ave. in Madison, MN.
To request an ASL or foreign language interpreter or other reasonable accommodation, call Janet Miller at 1-800-657-3774 or send an email to email@example.com. Please send request at least one week in advance.
