WILLMAR - The 21st annual Celebrate Art! Celebrate Coffee! was held Saturday at Kennedy Elementary School in Willmar. Community members were able to enjoy art from local artists, live performances and grab a cup of coffee along the way. The majority of activities were held inside the school and food trucks had food available for purchase outside.
