SPICER — The Willmar High School Cardinal Alumni Club will meet at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 31, at the American Legion in Spicer. Open to all alumni and/or friends of Willmar High School. This is a no-host luncheon for alumni of the 1950s and 1960s.
Donna Middleton started working at the West Central Tribune in 1975 and has been the news assistant since 1992. She compiles the arts, health, farm and community page calendars, as well as rewrites and works on the special sections.
