LITCHFIELD — The Litchfield Area Male Chorus annual Spaghetti and Song dining entertainment will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at the Litchfield Eagles Club. Admission is $9 per person at the door.

WILLMAR — The League of Women Voters annual book sale will be from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday and Friday, Oct. 31-Nov. 1, and from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 2, at the Willmar Community Center.

Brew Ha Ha 5.0

WILLMAR — The United Way of West Central Minnesota and Empower: Women United present Brew Ha Ha 5.0 at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, at the Barn Theatre to benefit the Imagination Library program. New London-Spicer Area Fund

NEW LONDON — The New London-Spicer Area Fund has opened its grant round to fund programs for projects that fit within the categories of arts, healthy communities and lifestyles, environment and large-scale and sustainable initiatives. Turkey Bingo

LAKE LILLIAN — Lake Lillian Civic and Commerce will have turkey bingo at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, at the Community Center. Cost is $20 for entire evening. All proceeds will be donated to the Kandiyohi County and Renville County food shelves.

West Central Association of Realtors

WILLMAR — The West Central Association of Realtors donated $1,225 to Wings of Hope in October through their “Realtors Helping Communities” program. Wings of Hope brings mental health and suicide awareness programs to the local area.

E-quip Africa

WILLMAR — E-quip Africa in Willmar is accepting newer, smaller computers such as laptops and slim or compact desktops which are easier to ship. All computers need their original power supplies, cords, keyboards and mice and be in good working condition. They need to be Windows machines running Windows 7, 8.1 or 10. Call 320-894-1680 for more information or how to donate equipment. A $25 cash donation is suggested which will help us ship the computers to West African schools.

Veterans services

WILLMAR — Backpacks for homeless veterans are available at the Willmar Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legions in Willmar, Spicer and New London, and the Kandiyohi County Veterans Service Office. The Willmar VFW donated the backpacks and they are filled with personal hygiene products donated by community members.

Habitat for Humanity

WILLMAR — Habitat for Humanity of West Central Minnesota ReStore is accepting donations of building materials, large appliances, furniture and more. All donations must be approved by staff before acceptance. Donations can be brought to 2424 First Street South in Willmar between 11 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Saturday.
