WILLMAR
— The St. Mary’s Catholic Church parking lot smelled of fried deliciousness on Friday for the Knights of Columbus drive-through fish fry event in Willmar.
Take-away meals containing freshly fried fish, baked potato, coleslaw and bread were available for purchase in the comfort of one's car.
The organization typically holds two fish fry events during the Lenten season. This year, they held the fish fry COVID-style as a drive-through with food available in the morning and early evening.
