WILLMAR - Children in the Kandiyohi County Area Family YMCA child care center in Willmar showed off their Halloween costumes Wednesday morning and treated staff at the Kandiyohi County Health and Human Services building to song and laughter. In turn, staff treated them to candy and healthy snacks.

The day care center is located in the lower level of the building, and the children paraded upstairs for the Halloween fun.
