Tara Frikken and Noah Werner are engaged to be married March 21 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in St. Cloud.
Frikken is the daughter of Bill Frikken of Belgrade and the late Laurie Frikken.
She is employed as an assistant manager by Maurice's in St. Cloud.
Werner is the son of Steve and Anita Werner of Thornton, Colo., and Jill Ganz of Litchfield.
He is a self-employed manager of NSW Exteriors in St. Cloud.
