The bride is the daughter of Linda Hedlund of Spicer and Claire Gilstad of Port Angeles, Wash. The groom is the son of Pitsa Balomas of Baltimore and Dimitrios Balomas of New York City.
Maid of honor was Lauren O'Sullivan, friend of the bride. Bride's attendant was Amy Shultz, friend of the bride.
Best man was Hrisostomos Balomas, brother of the groom. Groom's attendant was Gus Harris, cousin of the groom.
A reception was held at Paradisus Palma Real Resort in Punta Cana.

The couple lives in Baltimore where the groom is employed as a project manager by Cole Roofing. The bride is employed as a communications specialist by The Tauri Group in Alexandria, Va.
